There are 4 variables x,y,z and v.
By equating 2nd column and 2nd row we get y=3. thus only 3 variables x, z,v are left
since sum of any row equals sum of any column, we can write multiple equations to find x.
st 1 v=-2. 2 variables left x,z... Sufficient
st 2 Z = 1. 2 variable left x, v ..sufficient
Answer: D
