If we multiply even integer by any odd or even integer it will always give even integer only.
From statement 1:- (2A + B)^3 is even ,if we multiply even by any integer it will give even integer only and here 2A is even and whole equation is even so there is only one possibility for B .Hence B is even .Sufficient

From statement 2:- A + 3B is odd , In this there is 2 possibility if A is odd then 3B has to be even and if A is even then 3B has to odd,Sufficient.

Answer is option D.
