1. Score=16; doesn't give any info about the no. of questions that may have been attempted for this score. NS
2. Correct Answers will provide 1 mark, and incorrect answers will deduct 0.25 marks. They still don't provide anything about the number of questions attempted. NS
Both: Now to score 16 marks, he may have attempted 16 questions correctly or 17 correctly and 4 incorrectly (4*0.25 = 1) (17-1 = 16)
No definitive answer; both together are also insufficient.
