Maximum possible between 2 points of a Circle is the diameter of the circle, in this case, the max possible distance must be 4 (Diameter of the Circle as Diameter = 2*Radius ), Answer must be (D)

Diameter is the greatest distance between two points on a circle.
So, RT must be the diameter of the circle.

RT=d=2r=2*2=4

Ans. (D)
