Formula to apply:
X=a+b+c-(sum of exactly 2 group overlaps)-2(all three)+neither

We have got:
Spanish=100
French= 80
Latin= 40
exactly 2 group overlap=22
all three=0
Neither=0
Find x

x=100+80+40-(22)-2(0)+0=198

IMO
