Anyone here have their interview yet? What did you think? I did the guarantee and it was hard to tell how I did comparatively because the interviewer was so nice and welcoming!

Yes, my interview was also quite standard, got exactly the same questions as you can find in interview debriefs. I’m sure they’re checking your responses against their some of their 4 criteria and try to gauge if you’re a nice person

Whats the difference between Tuck Business Bridge Program and MBA? As soon as i click on apply it shows applying to business bridge program.

I believe Tuck Business Bridge is mostly for new grads and it’s a very short program (3 weeks)

Hey friends, I have 2 doubts and would request your suggestions. Giving some context - Indian Male - 720 GMAT score with decent profile – 6 yrs work ex (2 years EY + 4 Years Managerial work ex in Industry in M&A and Strategy), National Rank 17 in CA (equivalent to CPA).
Doubt 1 – Should I even consider applying to Tuck with the above Stats? Do I stand any chance?
Doubt 2 – If I apply this year and get rejected, would it hurt my chance to get selected next year as Reapplicant?

The profile is good and so is the workex. You definitely have a chance IMO you should apply. As a reapplicant colleges want to see some improvements but thats a different case.

You should definitely apply. Be personal. You have great stats + make your personality/how your individuality can add to the class stand out

I had the same experience. The interviewer was very nice and welcoming.

Had the standards questions:
- tell me about yourself
- why MBA?
- why Tuck?
- why should Tuck consider you?
- biggest strength and weakness
- a time when I received critical feedback
- a time when I had to give critical feedback
- talk about the project that I am the most proud of
- any questions for the interviewer

It’s interesting how different the interviews are. I had walk me through your resume, why MBA / Tuck, tell me about a project your proud of, and then we spent the rest of the time breaking down that project in detail. They might have been getting the answers they needed for their other questions from my answers, but I’m not sure.

Check out the school’s ambassadors page. You can find a few people with the same background/post MBA goals as you. You can reach out to them via email or LinkedIn.

For the essays, Have a few of your stories mapped to every prompt that is there. Make sure you explain the impact you have created in these scenarios. Schools want people who are genuinely interested in them. So thoroughly research the schools and inculcate those details in the essay(either from the school website, third party research or from when to talk to current students/alums. You can also quote these students and mention their names in your essay). Finally tell them how you will use your skills/experiences to contribute to the school.
