Completed my interview. My interviewer was an adcom, they opened the resume on the call for reference.
Questions they asked -
1. Tell me about yourself and your professional journey
2. Managerial experience (this was profile based)
3. Travel experience (profile based)
4. Why MBA? Why now? Short term and long term goals? Orgs and to roles I'm considering
5. Why Simon?
6. a couple of follow-up questions based on my profile and answers

Received an interview invite on Feb 14th (I was elated)
- I had an interview on February 18th. The interview was okay, it was with the admission committee - it was conversational and a tad-bit informational. It lasted about 25 minutes, more or less. If I remember correctly, I think after the 15th minute, they wrapped up asking you questions, and open the floor for me to ask them questions.
A bit about my background, if it helps: international student, gmat waiver, did my undergrad in the US & 3-4 years of WOE in R&D and business consulting.
And the wait begins.... Goodluck everyone
