14 years is more on the experienced side for traditional MBA programs, while some US schools are open to older candidates, I have received the feedback that a lot of Canadian MBA programs may not be open - specially Rotman and Ivey. Would suggest you schedule a 1x1 with the school admission committee to determine whether they are open to candidates with profile like yours or is totally out of the question, the response will vary from program to program thus the best approach would be to reach out to the individual schools. Broadly speaking your GMAT, experience and your career goals are aligned and hence there shouldn't be any major hurdle from the candidacy point of view. Hope that helps? Do reach out at info@thembaedge.com if you have any further questions.
