GMAT might give you better odds, target 695+ to boost competitiveness at Stern and Darden.

McCombs and Owen are realistic, and align well with your career pivot. If possible, take on internal digital transformation projects or process automation to add differentiation. You’re early career, so leadership through mentorship or volunteer strategy roles can help.
