We have started this project with the Quant section to help GMAT test takers understand their weaknesses better. The test is free - please take it. If you have any questions or suggestions - post them here. Also, the idea of the test is to improve it based on the feedback of the community - here is how you can share your thoughts: 1. The questions are arranged in sections in an increasing difficulty order - the first question is always 600-650 level, mid question is 700 level, and the last question is 750 level. If you are in a hurry, you can take either all easy or medium, or all hard questions only. Instead of 45 questions, you can only take 15 and leave the rest for later. Taking the test You should spend a maximum of 90 minutes answering 45 questions or if you are taking fewer then plan to spend on average 2 minutes per question Where are the questions from? The questions have been developed by very experienced and high scoring GMAT Club members Are the questions copyrighted? Yes, but you can post and distribute them to benefit other test takers - please give credit to GMATClub for the hard work our members put into this test Diagnostic_Test_Answers_6.1.xls Revision History: v5.0 - updated over 50% of the questions and replaced several questions v3.4 - fixed the wording in questions 20, 22, 24, 40, 43, 45; download count of the PDF was 272 v3.31 - fixed a typo in the answer key; download count of the PDF was 380; Excel file - 203 v3.3 - updated question 4; download count was 80 v3.2 - updated question 20; download count was 68 v3.1 - updated questions 15 and 25; download count of the PDF was 110 v3.0 - updated questions 4, 15, 20, 40, and 43; download count of the PDF was 1377 Answers Sheet - updated answer choices for v3.0; download count was 2677 v2.9 - updated questions 37 and 13, download count was 2481 v2.8 - updated question 44; download count of the PDF was 600 v2.7 - updated question 36; download count of the PDF was 300 v2.6 - updated question 7; download count of the PDF was 45; updated the answer choices; it's download count was ~1500 -

Hello,

I just took this test. I read #38 three times and I still don't understand exactly what it's asking, so I think this could be reworded.

On #20, it leaves the possibility to test negative factorials, but from my understanding, that is not tested on the GMAT.

On #12, the question tests you on whether you know that 0 is divisible by any positive number. According to a staff member's post on a MGMAT forum that I read, I believed this kind of 'nit-picky rule' was not tested?

Overall though, very useful diagnostic!

Yes, the diagnostic test is constructed to mimic the real test and questions.

I cannot download the test. It say "The selected attachment does not exist anymore."

Do I have to do the test online? I mean going back and forth the web to see questions.
