➡️ Social Impact: Volunteering with Bodhi Tree Foundation indicates social consciousness and leadership outside work 🌳.

Areas for Enhancement:
➡️ GMAT Score: A 650 might be slightly below the average for your target programs.

Suggestions:
➡️ Highlight Achievements: Emphasize roles where you've negotiated with big brands or managed sizable portfolios. Stress on your promotions and the responsibilities they entailed 💼.

Hello AbhinavSrivastav

Considering the software background, the only evident weakness here is the below par GMAT which might make it tough to stand out in the large and competitive pool of applicants.
Moving on to work ex- you will need to talk about your career progression, achievements and impact at work in order to shine.
Toastmasters (a B school favorite) and other extracurricular activities will help add some much needed diversity to your software profile, as long as you can use these activities to prove that you will be able to add value to the experience of your batchmates inside and outside the classroom.
Lastly, career goals seem clear, organic and realistic which is the right way to go.
