Thanks for writing in.
Your GMAT score is a notch below what we would have ideally wished to see for the top 3 IIMs; however, if you can put forth a set of essays that showcase your career growth, achievements, and skill set in a compelling manner, we could still have a decent chance at getting an interview call. As you have not shared many details pertaining to your experience and career goals, we are not able to comment on your prospects in a lot of detail.
Your work experience and age are on the higher side for the US programs so unless you are very keen on 2-year programs in the US, you might instead want to explore Europe as geography, where your higher years of experience will be more valued.

Successful admit will depend on 4 factors- Academics, Work Ex, Diversity and Career Goals.
Briefly touching upon where you stand in each of these-
1. Academics- Past scores are decent, GMAT score is average (for IIM I/K/L) or below average (for ISB IIM A/B) depending on the school. What this means is that your GMAT score alone will not be what will tilt the decision in your favor. This means you will need to present stellar strengths in other areas (if at all it could work against you if no other strengths are presented).
2. Work Ex- Unlike academics, work ex is measured qualitatively. While the years of ex could be a hinderance in the case of IIMB, this should not be a deal breaker in most cases. But work ex is more than just years. Auto industry could help stand out in a small way but qualitative aspects such as your career progress and achievements will be the one that help you really shine. Now details here are missing and makes it difficult to assess completely. How you present work ex in the application will define whether this is a strength or not. But with your GMAT, work ex has to be the one to compensate for the score and tilt the decision in your favor.
3. Diversity- Well, Indian Male Engineer is not a diverse profile, so what differentiates you? No mention of extracurricular, or ay other such aspects and makes it difficult to say whether this can compensate for the score.
4. Career Goals- These need to be clear and realistic. As a future business leader you have to show that you have a clearly laid out vision of what yu want from your career and how an MBA will help achieve the same. Again, missing info here makes it virtually impossible to say whether you will come out as a leader with a great vision and compensate the score.
