On the work front, your work experience is quite good with recognitions and promotions. In addition, your experience seems really mature, like handling client’s accounts and having some leadership experiences as well. So, if you communicate your experience right and strong, it is pretty much sorted.
Your ECs seem great. Founding a startup can bring good stories, especially if you have had some success in it. Speaking about all these with the right passion will help you enhance your apps, and including your hobbies in the right way will exhibit your diverse personality. Your post-MBA goals make sense. You should link your goals to your past experience and achievements.
