• Established Workcell Supplier Rating System from scratch to assess vendors performance in a more accurate and data-driven approach. Subsequently the rating systems were authorized by purchasing representatives and supply chain manager.
• Inaugurated incoming quality control system that covered all critical characteristics’ validation and redefined the method for Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility, statistical control, part sampling, standard inspection process and production traceability. The escape and overkill rate were cut down to 0.00034% and result in over 5000$ cost saving.
• Revitalized program of Total productive maintenance. As a result in one year, reduced customer quality issues from 11 to 0, the First Pass yield rate increased from 95%-99.8%; accumulative time of line down per Quarter reduced to 1.5 hour(plant level was 10 hour); Defect Parts Per Million decreased to 20 (plant level was 500).
• Facilitated 15 new projects 3 months in advance(plant average time was 6 months) in 2019.As the result, 40+ new suppliers were certified and 20+ underperformed suppliers removed, coached 10 supplier to meet “Excellence” under guideline through digging into root cause (using 5-why’s, FTA, etc.) and implementing system level improvement.
• Launched program to avoid industrial waste through 2019Q1 in supplier plant, the overall cost saving of transportation, inventory, motion, waiting, overproduction, over-processing and defects were 20000$。
• Innovated a 3-month guidance program to help VALEO workcell to save human resource cost by 20000＄thorough training 200+ operators and inspectors,and setting up over 1000+ inspection plans and work instructions in 2019.

Your profile is very impressive with your progressive career being a highlight of your resume. I wish to tell you that this is the kind of profile b-schools look for. You have demonstrated consistent progress and contributed at length towards your organization. Also, your GMAT score and academics are good as well.
Though Cornell Johnson is a good choice I suggest you not to limit yourself to it entirely. You have a decent chance to land at NYU, Yale, CBS, etc. as well.
What I find missing here is mention of your ECs and hobbies. Since all the candidates who apply at these colleges have distinguished work-experience and academics, what increases one's chances is ECs, hobbies and other qualitative characteristics which give an insight into your personality.
You must showcase your experiences and learnings from your work-life as well as personal life to gain an edge. The adcoms should get an impression that the candidate has necessary qualities and values and is ripe for an MBA at their college. As the profile is judged on a lot of parameters overall, the qualitative aspect is going to play a crucial role. Your essays should cover some important happenings of your life which shaped you in a very positive way such as handling a crisis or some habit you developed overtime, etc.
You are a high-performing and energetic person. Bring this in your apps. Industry: Business Planning Analyst at a publicly-traded telecom company.
Education:
B.A. in Economics/Public Policy, 3.4, from a small liberal arts college. I have Cs and two Ds. I plan to explain that I am more mature now than I was in my late teens/early twenties, and I now work hard to succeed even when something is challenging (will relate to WE and Python certificate program that I will mention below).
Work Experience:
Total 5 years (3 years at a back office corporate finance position, previous 2 years at other less senior corporate finance positions at other companies)
Main accomplishments include automating various aspects of my job and improving financial models and decks that go before c-level executives.
Extracurriculars – Stand Up Comedy (took a class and performed at two amateur shows in front of 100+ people), non-credit diploma in Python programming from NYU SPS, chess (played for years, took a break from 2015-2020, but resumed tournaments right before COVID), volunteering at a soup kitchen (just starting, but anticipating close to 80 volunteer hours by Q3-2021). In college, I was the founder and president of the chess club.
Post MBA Goal – Management consultant in NYC.
Ideally, I would also like to get some money from them, but I don't know if that's plausible.
