Congratulations to all converts!! :) Can some of the people who converted mention their profiles? Like the number of workex years and background?
Another thing, does Tuck offer a feedback for dinged applicants?

tuck offers ding report with an adcom person but can we not think of it now? :(

I am sorry for the ominous post! All the best to you! Its just that I applied to 4 colleges and got dinged at 2 for sure. No response from Ross and Tuck. So I am taking it for granted.
I have 2.5 years of workex with the cliched profile of Indian-Engg-IT sector. Only difference: Female... So thats why I am just trying to get a view of the profiles that made through or landed even an interview call. I will probably apply next year if I do not get top notch colleges here in India this year...

Hi. Fellow Indian engineer and a male. I got dinged from Yale already and desperately waiting for this call from Tuck. If I don't make it to IIM C( my only invite) I'll have to reapply next year myself. Wishing you luck too!

Hi Guys,

I just reached out to adcom and they said to expect the email by 5pm ET. Also that they try to reach out (call) to all applicants before this time but they hardly ever reach everyone so fingers crossed till 5pm ET. In other words, ~6 hours to go

Hi Guys,

Would they take the time difference into consideration when calling clearadmits? If so, then I'd better go to sleep right away as it's already late in the night in China, and my hope is limited in this case.

Just took the words out of my mouth! I had literally just 'g-chatted' to a buddy: "a bunch of ppl updated that they got calls yesterday. so either they made all the acceptance calls yesterday or they have yet to call anyone today"

Is this accurate?


I shouldn't have posted this question! I was under the assumption that all admit calls went out on Thursday and that if you hadn't heard by Thursday 6pm ET, you were getting dinged. The majority of GMAT Clubber's disagreed and said plenty of calls were expected to go out on Friday. It appears that isn't the case... Just another twist on the emotional roller coaster!

So I take it that they are still making calls today then? Or did they just say we will find out by 5 pm today?
