Hi Amit,
Your profile is pretty good but at the same time very imitable. Assuming you're not planning on improving your GMAT score, your profile falls into average Indian profile. You do have good extra curricular activities. Your international work ex also helps. At this point in time when you're so close to applying, I would recommend planning your application strategy such that you can distinguish yourself from other candidates. Write your essays, resume and LORs in a flawless manner. Prepare well for your video essays because I read a lot of repetition in your "primary motivation for MBA" answer. All you can do is practice. Would be happy to answer your queries further over a call. Hope this helps.

Hi Souvik,

Your profile seems pretty good to me. You have congruence in your under grad studies and your work ex. Plus your international work ex at Rwanda gives you an X factor. Your gmat score is a bit on the lighter side. Consider that this year Canadian business schools will be getting a sharp increase in the # of applications, thanks to Trump's policies. This will make Ivey even more competitive than it was before. If you can improve your GMAT score another 40-50 points that will be great.

I do see leadership and teamwork in your professional experience which will help. But your current employment is also important. Your extra curricular and community involvement are necessary too. I would be happy to discuss your profile in depth over a call. Good Luck !

The decision date stated in the website is 5th June, which is now gone.

Why wouldn't they ? As far as I remember once you successfully submit your application on the portal, an email is sent to your recommenders. And then the recommenders have a certain time limit to fill up the LOR. What did the application form mention about the LORs when you submitted your application ?

I meant they will submit but they need more time. One of the referee will submit tomorrow but second one is busy so he asked me for more time.(till this weekend)
