You can either spot differences where the terms are used and in which context, but I think that would not be efficient way as those terms you’ve mentioned might not just have single use, it can be used differently too!

You’ve mentioned that/which .. okay that is restrictive and which is non-restrictive modifier but “that” is also used to introduce subordinate clause!

All these terms have clearly specified usage. If you learn grammar what’s tested in GMAT, you will be able to spot difference among these terms.. as these terms, where they are used, can provide different meanings.

A quick one to explain is Between vs Among

Between is used when discussing two parties/entities.
Among is used when discussing 3 or more parties/entities.
