It really depends on your style, but I would suggest studying 10-12 hrs per week for 12 weeks (if you have that much time before your exam - I don't know if you do). You can do 2 hrs per day 4 days a week plus take one practice exam each weekend (which will end up taking you about 4 hrs). Then, on your first study day after taking a practice exam, you can use that time to review the questions that you got wrong on that exam. This way, you can focus your studies on the concepts for which you are weaker.

I really agree on the not cramming thing. It helps to keep study sessions limited to 2 hrs per day in order to make sure you are mentally fresh throughout that whole study time and making the most out of it.

This is what I did when I was studying for the GMAT. I was working full-time at this time as well. It certainly was not the most leisurely period of my life, but it is definitely doable without overburdening yourself too much.
