I agree with what others have written above. GMAC™ does not say anything on its website about comfort accommodations, and I doubt a noisy environment would allow you to register as a test-taker with disabilities. How would your proctor know you did not have some kind of audio feed during the exam? If you are going to take the online exam regardless, then you will just have to ask the proctor, but be prepared for a denied request. If your local environment is noisy to the point that you feel it might affect your ability to concentrate, then you might consider waiting for the restrictions to lessen and just take the exam at a testing center. Please let everyone know if your request is approved (for future reference).

620 is not a bad start! Out of curiosity, would you be able to take an official GMAC practice exam to see how you score on quant?
