A does 1 unit of work in 24 hrs

B will take 36 hrs to do the same 1 unit of work (2/3rd of 36 -> 24 hrs)

A does 1/3 units of work in 8 hrs alone

B does 2/3 units of work -> 36 * 2/3 = 24 hrs
