Let, 5-pound bags (a) and 10-pound bags(b).
5a+10b=130 ; a+2b=26.....(1)
a=?

(1) The number of 5-pound bags sold was 2 more than 4 times the number of 10-pound bags sold.
a=2+4b ....(2)
Solving eq (1)&(2)
2+4b=26-2b ; 6b=24 ; b=4
a=2+4(4)=2+16= 18
Sufficient

(2) The store sold 50 more pounds of potatoes in 5-pound bags than in 10-pound bags
5a=50+10b ; a=10+2b.....(3)
Solving (1)&(3)
10+2b=26-2b ; 4b=16 ; b=4
a=10+2(4)= 10+8=18
Sufficient
