I would take another practice CAT and see where your weaknesses are then hit those areas hard. It probably wouldn't hurt to go back through the number prop. book and really solidify those topics too. Also, use the OG13 and MGMATs explanations (Archer) to learn all that you can about each problem.

It sounds like you have a good chance of meeting your goals since you indicated that your verbal score is not where it normally was on the practice test, and you were distracted by the computer crash. You'll have to check the charts to be certain but having a 37/39 instead of 33 should make a significant increase in your score.

But of course, now that you've gone through the actual exam, compare where you thought you did poorly with the results you had from previous practice exams... did areas you were weak in consistently pop up? was there something new you realized about your knowledge base?

Regarding Pearson, definitely contact them... your next test should be a free one.

quick update: I received a refund of my $250 testing fee from Pearson Vue. Also thanks to Rebecca from GMAC for her help as well!

I've been working on my weak areas by watching select Thursdays with Ron videos from MGMAT and they are excellent resources. Once I'm done with the videos its all OG 13 from here.
