I am less than 1 month away from my exam.
MY SC reference:
MGMAT Verbal Fundamental
MGMAT SC Guide
Material prepared by a local instructor

OG12
OG13
After referring all of the above, and reading lot of posts, strategies, and blog posts, i attempted OG12 Q's from the end to start.
These 10 Q's are the ones which i answered wrong in my previous attempt.
I answered all of them wrong and took 14 seconds to answer
I m very disappointed and frustrated.
I know about meaning clarity, logic etc but i was not able to apply or was not able to identify the core problem with sentence.
I am non native speaker.
Though i can answer medium and easy SC questions with close to 90% accuracy, i am kinda giving up on hard SC Q's
Is there any hope of improving SC in say 20-25 days?
What am i missing and how can i improve?

As long as only the last few SC questions OG 12 give you trouble, then you should probably be in okay shape. You still have approximately one month to study for SC, so that leaves plenty of time to improve. It's perfectly fine to acknowledge that there is a problem, but please don't hide from this challenge. Not only will this outlook impede progress on SC, but it might actually creep into other areas of the GMAT as well. Be honest with yourself, but stay positive. Try to gauge where exactly you start to struggle and work on that level until you're ready to advance to harder questions. Here is a decent directory.
I'm sorry, but is the "14 seconds" bit a typo? Although I don't fully understand this part yet, I can speculate about what you meant. Obviously ten questions in 14 seconds is impossible, so let's ignore this possibility. If you took 14 seconds per question, then you're answering them way too quickly. Perhaps you meant 14 minutes for all ten questions. That's still quite fast, given that these ten questions are ranked as the most difficult. Give yourself more time to fully absorb the question and think things out. It's okay to take (slightly) more time on some of the hard questions.

It was indeed a typo 
I took 14 minutes to do 10Q from the harder pool of OG12.
I have finished one round of OG12 and after a lot study attempting only the wrong ones from the first attempt.
Let me do some more practice and postmortem on my SC level and i will come back with my findings.
