I have been scoring around 60% on first 50 questions of CR from OG-12. I don't know whether this is good or bad for CR. My target is to achieve 80-85% accuracy. I have gone through Power score CR Bible. Around 50 questions of them my silly mistakes accounted 8 wrong. I have read the questions under 2 mins and got the meaning, however I got confused as I moved through the 5 answer choices; Or else my accuracy level should have jumped from 60 to 76% 
My major weaknesses so far:
1. Weaken (majority of the silly mistakes occurred here)
2. Evaluate the argument. (I found out to be confusing and difficult). The explanations given in power score were vague to me. Any particular strategy so that I can hone my ability to increase my chances of success in this type of questions?

Make sure you understand relevancy. Often times there are two major ideas in a paragraph and the answer must mentioned these two.
GMAT folks will often throw in extraneous third ideas that are not related to the logic at hand. If you can train yourself to immediately spot these irrelevant answer choices, it'll be much easier to eliminate them and focus on the ones that matter.
