Hi,
I'm currently working with an IT company and is two years experienced till date. I am new to GMAT exam and would like to give a full fledged preparation for GMAT. So, I'm thinking to take an off from my job for Three to four months for the preparation. Does this gap in my Job profile makes an impact in my B-school application Process??? How to Go about this???

I'm sure that you can think of something, such as "volunteering" at one of your local charities, to fill that 3-4 month resume gap.

Just keep in mind schools will ask you how many months of work experience you will have up until the date of enrollment - usually in August/September. So if you leave your job now, you may have a fairly large gap and it may be harder to explain. Extended vacations or even unpaid leave may be preferable over completely leaving your job. Of course, evaluate your specific situation as you see fit.
