I have read that this book is "worthless". Currently, that is what I am using to study from. I am schedules to take the GMAT July 27th and I am almost done with the Quant portion of this book. Should I look into buying a new GMAT prep book?
For the record, before I taught GMAT for Veritas, I was a student, and I used the Princeton Review books to help my prep back in 2007. I scored a 99th percentile on the exam using only that book to help me. Arguably, the material and quality may have shifted in the past 5 years, but I'd say that any GMAT book should cover the basics fairly well and give you an opportunity to do well on the test. The consensus in the community is what prateekbhatt posted above, but I still believe any GMAT book can give you the tools you need to succeed. Some are just more thorough than others!

Hope this helps!
