My aim is to get scholarship in one of top 100 business schools in Us.I am a fresh computer science graduate with no work experience.my cgpa is 2.06:grade C. I have got 700 in gmat.In my degree, my scores of mangement courses are quite well.
Principle of management :b+
Management information system b-
Software project management A
The reason of bad gpa is beacuse of faulty grading criteria in my university.there are courses in which I got 65 absolute and got c grade I.e 2gpa.there is no standard grading system in my
University;it all depends on teacher how he evaluates,.please tell me how do I justify this in my scholarship application?what are my chances of scholarship with this credentials?
Please suggest some good business schools,where I can be fit in with this scores?

There are some scholarships which don't take into account your GPA. You just have to set aside some time to research this. In fact, Economist GMAT Tutor offers a 25K scholarship to the person who scores the highest on our practice GMAT exam. We're launching our next scholarship contest in August.
