Thanks Rich. Your product is top notch! I’ve sent feedback to Lyndsay regarding my experience.

I’ve determined the exact cause(s) of my silly mistakes are undetectable by any known computer program. So I’ve enlisted the help of a human being to observe. I’d like to encourage anyone reading this to take a free trial of EmpowerGMAT immediately. It is the most efficient GMAT training on the market, and you really must experience Rich’s videos to understand how a true GMAT assassin thinks and destroys the test. This platform helped me conquer long mysterious concepts and problem setups, and increase my awareness and mastery of topics. I am blowing it in the execution, which has very little to do with EmpowerGMAT (or any of these wonderful tools), and more to do with nerves and confidence and knowledge gaps that I either haven’t developed or silently went stale. I will master this test, and I appreciate everyone’s help in GMATClub from the members to the service providers. Thank you.

Hi ThomasR22,

I’m glad you reached out, and I’m happy to help. So, since you have studied for 750 hours and have not seen a score increase, you really need to look at how you have been preparing, so you can determine why what you have been doing has not really worked, how you could adjust your approach, and/or what you could add to your study routine so that going forward you do see your score increase.

You may find it helpful to read the following articles about developing the proper mindset for GMAT success and how to score a 700+ on the GMAT. If you are looking for more detailed advice on how to prepare for GMAT quant and verbal, feel free to reach back out, and I’d be happy to help.

Thanks Scott. I’ve been trying to self-diagnose for months but I think I’m too close to the problems to see them. I just started working with a 780 tutor and she’s picking up patterns and skill gaps that up to this point I’ve been completely oblivious to. So far it’s very promising. My conclusion: some students need human oversight, especially ones who fluffed off as much as I did in school. Plus, the idea of making her proud of my progress is a nice additional motivator that I didn’t expect. Thanks for your help.
