Land developer:took the example of endangered species - extinction is the normal fate of species on the geological time scale of millions of years.

Environmentalist: we should not spend money to find a cure for cancer because all humans are inevitably mortal.

Environmentalist shows another example where its going to be not acceptable as in earlier example
