What a hard, strange question. First I read the question itself and it says the argument is vulnerable to a criticism. So this is like a 'weaken' question, though these 'flaw' questions tend to be more about the pure logic.
I read the argument.
Okay. So this philosopher is saying that since Nature is evolving organically and nonlinearly, and can be best understood as a 'whole,' a nonlinear holistic reasoning should be used to understood it, and not the linear reasoning of science.
Well the thing that jumps out to me is that the argument is saying that if a [thing] has certain characteristics, the same characteristics in reasoning should be used. To use a nonsense example, if something is blue in color, the reasoning to understand it must also be 'blue' in color (obviously reasoning can't be blue... But this is also clearly a problem. The qualities of the object of study don't need to match the qualities of how it's studied).
So I look at the answers for something like that...
E is basically what I was considering. So I choose E.
