The question is a bit ambiguous. Though the option that seems correct to me is E but doesn't seem to seriously strengthen the conclusion.
A. It talks about information given in a newspapaer article. While classical music can help sleep quality be better, it doesn't necessarily mean this will facilitate improved stress management and tranquility.
B. This is completely irrelevant.
C. Doesn't talk about classical music
D. The reason for other big companies' employees to like classical music doesn't serve our purpose of choosing classical music in Train company conclusively.
E. This information focuses on a positive health effect, but it's indirectly related to productivity. Lower sick leave doesn't guarantee increased work output. Somewhat relevant, but not the strongest. This indirectly supports the company's belief in the course's effectiveness. So I shall go with this choice.
So, we should say the option which most strengthens the conclusion is option E.
