The argument would typically propose a plan/an action/a remedy that we are supposed to strengthen. The correct answer choice would depict that a similar plan/action/remedy worked elsewhere.It should be noted however that when depicting a plan/action/remedy (that worked elsewhere), the answer choice must establish that the conditions were similar. For instance, a proposed plan for increasing the literacy rate in a rural area cannot be strengthened by depicting that the same plan worked in a metro city.
