The volume of water filled in 10 mins in the cylinder = π*10*10*7 = 700π
Therefore, the volume of water filled in 1 min in the cylinder = 700π/10 = 70π
Thus, the rate at which water is poured = 70 π cubic feet per minute
Hence option E is correct

Since the diameter of the cylinder is 20 feet, the radius is 10 feet. Since in 10 minutes the height of the water increased by 7 feet and volume of a cylinder is V = π*r^2*h, the volume of the water increased π*(10)^2*(7) = 700π cubic feet in 10 minutes. Thus, the water is poured into the tank at a rate of 700π/10 = 70π cubic feet per minute.
