Applied a method by which I didn't have to calculate at all.
Here is the process:
Method: Eliminating options
Lets call the 1200 litre pulp having 25% water content as P and 400 litre pulp having 20% water content as Q

Therefore water content of P & Q combined has to be between 20 and 25
Eliminate C, D and E
Down to A and B
The average of P and Q i.e. if P and Q pulp were available in equal quantity would lead to water content of 22.5%

Since P>Q, it means that the ans will be closer to 25 than to 20

Thus B is our ans

Its a question on analyzing percentage and the effect of percentage change.

The 1200 lit of mango pulp that contains 25 percent water equals 25/100 *1200 =300 lit of water

The 400 liters of mango pulp of which 20 percent or 1/5th is water amounts to 80 lit of water. This when added to the 1200 lit makes 1600 lit of which 300+80 or 380 lit is water.

=>Percent, by volume, of the manufacturer’s mango pulp that contains water= Water volume/ Total Juice volume(New) * 100

= 380 / 1600 *100

= 23.75% (option b)
