(1) x + 3 is an even integer --> \(x+3=even\) --> \(x=even-3=even-odd=odd\). Sufficient.
(2) x/3 is an odd integer --> \(\frac{x}{3}=odd\) --> \(x=3*odd=odd*odd=odd\). Sufficient.
Answer: D.
