It's outrageous that got told off several times (by both ph and chat) for asking too many questions. Isn't this what we students are paying for to learn and to improve but nope as a course provider they don't want to hear from you nor they want to improve their course materials so students can understand easily.
When you post in forum that your gmat not improved but the score dropped, they will pretend trying to help but then no reply when contacted them. Stay away if you are a students who like to ask questions to understand concepts properly. My score dropped terribly after study with them.

Outrageous price that's not matching the course quality

No communication/ email/ contact/ forum access etc. If they do reply (after several chase) it will be weeks after and you already forgot what you asked by then.
Basically you are by youself and the course quality do not match the charged price. Forum with very limited function or don't work most of the time and you'r not allowed to ask any question you like. Online platform has very limited course study material and tests etc...unless you pay extra again in order to access more materials but then again the explanation is only avaialble for a few questions...so be warned.
