(1) The wheel has rolled 36 feet.
Not sufficient
(2) Point P has touched the ground 5 times.
Not sufficient
Combining 1 and 2 ,
Not sufficient
Since we don't know the initial and final positions of point P , we can't find the diameter .
In one rotation , the wheel will cover a distance equal to circumference , C = 2* pi * radius = pi * diameter
If the initial and final position of point P with respect to point touching the ground is same , then total distance rolled 36 feet will be equal to 5 times the circumference
