If m = n = 1
p=4^2 = 16
m=1 ,n=2

TWe need value of m+n to calculate the value of p. INSUFFICIENT.
(2) m = 15 − n => m+n=15
There can be multiple values of m and n satisfying the equation. INSUFFICIENT.
Combining (1) and (2) we have the value of m+n= 15 which in turn gives the value of p=4^15. Hence C.
