If N is a positive, three-digit integer, what is the hundreds digit of N?

(1) The hundreds digit of N + 120 is 7.

(2) The tens digit of N + 15 is 9.

1) Minimum value of N = 700 -120 = 580. Highest value of N = 799 -120 = 679. Two options. Not sufficient.
2) NO Information about unit or hundreds digit. Not sufficient.
Together, lets take, N= 580+15 =595. Both conditions fullfilled. or N= 679+15 =784. Still not sufficient.
E is the answer.
