A company called Nutrilicious offers its Calcium tablets in three different packet sizes - containing 30, 60 and 90 tablets each - respectively. How many packets in total, including all the three types, were bought by Maria?
(1) Ratio of the number of packets bought by Maria containing 30 and 90 tablets each was 3:2.
(2) Number of packets bought by Maria containing 60 tablets each were 1/2 of the total number of packets bought by Maria.
(1) Ratio of the number of packets bought by Maria containing 30 and 90 tablets each was 3:2.

Statement 1-
Let the common ratio be x
No of packets containing 30 tablets- 3x
No of packets containing 90 tablets- 2x
Not sufficient
Statement 2-
Not sufficient as we don't know the number of packets having 60 tablets
Combining Statement 1 & 2-
Total number of packets containing 30 & 90 tablets= 5x
Therefore according to the statement 2, no of packets containing 60 tablets = 5x (half of total)
We still don't know the total number of packets brought.

Als, we only have ratios for the 30 and 90 tab packets, and that is not sufficient.
(2) Number of packets bought by Maria containing 60 tablets each were 1/2 of the total number of packets bought by Maria.
This gives us the relation between 60 tab packet and total number of packets. But we have no info about 30 and 90 tab packets.
Insufficient
Combining 1 and 2, we can't calculate total packets Maria bought.
