Given:

A = 2B --> A is even
A = C + 11 ---> A has at-least 12 potatoes => C has at-least 1 potato and B has at-least 6 potatoes.

Is B > C ?

ST1: A - C > B => A - C > A - B => B > C always. Sufficient.

ST2: A + 1 = 2*(C + 1)

We already know A is even. This makes the LHS odd and the RHS even which is not possible.
ST2 is flawed.
