For positive integers n and m, is m! < 3n ?

(1) n = m
(2) n > 3

IMO the answer is Option C
 
State 1 : lets take n=m=2 so, 3*2>2! its a yes 
if we take n=m=4 , 3*4> 4! , 12>24 its a no.... Therefore insufficient

State 2: n>3.. no information about m .. insufficient

Combining both,
m=n= 4 for ex, 12>24 ..no
or n=m=5 , 3*5>5!... no

Hence by combining we get a definite answer

for m= 2, n= 2, m! < 3n, but for m= 4 =n, m! > 3n. Not sufficient

Stat2: n > 3
We don't have any idea of m. Not sufficient

Combining both, m= 4=n, m! > 3n and so forth. Sufficient

So, I think C.
