Solution:

St(1)- All four sides of ABCD are of equal length

=>The figure can be a square with area equal to 1 or a rhombus with area not equal to 1 (Insufficient)

St(2)-All four internal angles of ABCD are right angles

=>The fig can be a square or a rectangle (Insufficient)

Combining both,

The fig with all sides and all angles equal is a square with area is a square with area 1(Sufficient)

S1 - all 4 sides equal means rhombus or square, but no further clarity so S1 insufficient
S2 - all angles 90 deg means rectangle or square, but no further clarity so S2 insufficient
Combining the 2 - gives square as single option whose are can be calculated so C is the right answer
