(A) if x<0 implies [x]=-x leads to x^2>4 implies only value is x<-2
in case x>0 implies [x]=x leads to x^2<-4 this is not true because x^2 is positive
so from above x<-2
(B) simple we will find x>0 in 1 case and x<0 in other case so cant say
