n/5 gives different remainders. Not Suff

n+1 =5q+3
n=5q+2
So when n divided by 5 , remained is 2. Sufficient

When n is divided by 5, what is the remainder?
(1) When n is divided by 3, the remainder is 2
the number is in the form of 3x + 2, x can be anything
at x = 0, f(x) = 2, remainder(5) = 2
at x = 1, f(x) = 5, remainder(5) = 0
Not suffient
(2) When n+1 is divided by 5, the remainder is 3
xn + 1 = 5 (n+1) + 3 = 5n+8
or xn = 5n+7 = 5(n+1) + 2
no matter what, remainder will be always 2
(2) alone is sufficient
