1) x^-2x=1
(1/x^2x)=1
x^2x=1
1^2=1 and (-1)^-2= 1
We are getting two values of x i.e. 1 and -1.
Statement 1 alone is insufficient.
2)x^x=1
This is true only when x=1
1^1= 1
(-1)^-1=-1
Statement II alone is sufficient.
Option B is the correct answer

Isn't 0^0 = 1, then how is B correct answer.
