In some sources, 0^0 equals 1, while others maintain that it's undefined: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_to_the_power_of_zero. However, you won't need to concern yourself with this for the GMAT, as the case of 0^0 isn't tested. Any real GMAT problem will exclude this case likely by explicitly stating that a variable is not zero. I have edited the original question to align it more closely with GMAT-style problems.
