Percentage increase from year 2 to year 3 ?

Statement 1:

(1)The student enrollment nationwide was 160,000

It’s not sufficient to answer anything. Hence, insufficient

Statement 2:

(2) Student enrollment increased by 20% from Year 1 to Year 2. By Year 3, student enrollment was 30% greater than it was in Year 1.

Irrespective of the base year = year 1 be it 100 or 200.

Year 2 value = 120 or 240

Year 3 value = 130 or 260

% increase from year 2 to year 3 = 10/120 or 20/240

Hence, sufficient
