I hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a private institution. Following my undergraduate studies, I pursued a Master’s degree in Quality Management through Work Integrated program.
I have accumulated 7 years of professional experience in the automotive sector, where I have developed a keen understanding of industry dynamics and honed my skills in problem solving, quality management project, management, team leadership. Despite my dedication and contributions to my previous roles, I have not received a promotion.
From last 3 years, I am on a sabbatical leave to attend to personal family matters, particularly focusing on the care of my child. During this period, I have not enrolled in any formal programs or engaged in structured skill development activities. However, I am eager to re-enter the professional world and believe that pursuing an Executive MBA will significantly enhance my career trajectory, equipping me with the advanced skills and knowledge necessary to assume higher leadership roles in the future.
I am particularly drawn to IIM's Executive MBA program.
