Hi there,
Your GMAT is excellent, congrats; and sounds like your academics are strong as well. Keep in mind you'll want to showcase how you've demonstrated leadership potential in your professional and personal life, and if possible elements of team work, people & project management, communication skills, etc.
Probably the biggest question that could be raised is, as you mentioned, only having 2 years of work experience at matriculation. The average entering candidate has 5 years. It does not mean you couldn't be accepted, but you may want to anticipate questions along the lines of 'are you ready? is this truly the right time?' both in the minds of the adcomm and potentially in an interview. So aim to demonstrate a) what skills/experiences you've gained in the 2 years, i.e. emphasize the QUALITY of your work experience as more important than the quantity; and b) that you do need the MBA NOW, at this point in your career, and you have clear post-MBA goals and plans and basically know what you are getting into.
Changes in role and industry are possible, again your story should make sense though and you need to be able to support whatever plans you make/goals you describe.
You can and should provide a brief company description within the resume under the company name, to explain or emphasize important aspects about the company that you want the committee to know or consider.
